Project Overview
The client had a complex LMS which found its users were getting confused about what to do next. They found the user journey too complex and not intuitive enough without them requesting help from the client. They also found the interface was dated and not co-aligned with their current brand.

My Contributions
My contribution was focused on delivering high-end user interface pages to the client. In doing so, we needed to deep dive the user journey and find all the pain and gain points the users would have on their experience. Once we had solved this, we then delivered to the client wireframe structures, which once approved were designed to the clients brand and spec.

Research

User Research: We needed to understand your target audience, their needs, and preferences. Identify potential challenges and pain points in their learning journey.

Competitor Analysis: We also analyzed existing LMS platforms to identify best practices and areas for improvement.

Content Mapping: We needed to organize and structure the content logically. Define the hierarchy of information and how users will navigate through the system.

Wireframing: We then created wireframes to visualize the layout and basic functionality of key pages.

Delivery

UI Design: Leverage your UI design skills to create a visually appealing and intuitive interface. Ensure consistency in design elements across the platform.

Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate the user flow and functionality.

Through the teams expertise, we have created a more intuitive experience for over 1000 mentors and mentees. We have helped them refine and customise the product so Serendis clients can use MentorKey autonomously. Allowing their clients to run their own programs in-house, mentoring, coaching and sponsorship programs at their own pace.
