Additionally, the interface design appeared outdated and was misaligned with the client’s current brand identity.

Furthermore, the LMS interface was not only difficult to navigate but also visually outdated. It failed to reflect the client’s modern branding, creating a disconnect between the platform and the organization’s evolving identity. This misalignment detracted from the overall user experience and undermined the client’s professional image.

Recognizing the need for improvement, the client sought a comprehensive solution to streamline the user journey, enhance the platform’s visual appeal, and bring the LMS into alignment with their current brand standards. This included a focus on simplifying navigation, improving clarity, and ensuring the interface was both user-friendly and visually cohesive with their brand identity.

Competitor Analysis:
We performed a detailed analysis of existing Learning Management System (LMS) platforms to uncover industry best practices, identify trends, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement within the client’s platform.

Content Mapping:
We organized and structured the content to establish a clear and logical hierarchy of information, ensuring seamless navigation and accessibility throughout the system.

Wireframing:
We developed wireframes to visualize the layout and core functionality of key pages, providing a foundational blueprint for the user interface and overall user experience.
